how much is shipping?

shipping is free wherever you are.

how long will it take until i receive my order?

we usually make, pack and ship all items within 3 business days of purchase.
you will receive an email including a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

we are shipping from portugal by registered priority mail, so depending on where it is being shipped to, within europe please allow between 5-7 weekdays for delivery. 

for customers living outside the EU: officially delivery takes between 5-10 weekdays, even though from our experience shipping might actually take a little bit longer (and sometimes even less time).

should you prefer faster shipping methods, please contact us right after your order is made, we are happy to assist you.

btw, some destination countries (including the US) don't provide tracking information in transit. no updates don't mean that your parcel is stuck or lost, and it will most certainly arrive safely.

are the shipments insured?

insurance for international deliveries can be arranged if available.
please just let us know – we will inquire the conditions at the post office.
while we wrap and ship everything with the greatest possible care, adaısm cannot take responsibility for any lost, broken or stolen parcels once they are sent.

what forms of payment do you accept?

we use stripe to easily accept visa, mastercard, american express, and almost any other kind of credit or debit card as well as apple pay.
we are only able to accept payments in euro.

how secure is buying through your store?

this store automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the secure sockets layer protocol (ssl) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
adaism will never ever share your personal information with anybody.

what if i don't like what i get?

as usual, colors on screen may vary slightly from the actual tones.
please bear in mind that objects even most carefully made by hand and/or from vintage or organic material are not meant to be industrially perfect.
we consider tiny natural marks and irregularities on leather beautiful and a sign of life.

if though, for any reason, you are not happy with what you've got, please contact us, we'll be glad to assist you.

what's your shop's return policy?

as most items are made to order we only accept returns in exchange for replacement or store credit (not including shipping costs).
